Global Outreach Programme
With a world that's constantly shrinking thanks to technological advancement and increased connectivity - internationalisation has become more important than ever. Recognising this, YTN launched our Global Outreach Programme (GOP), an initiative that's geared towards producing a new breed of forward-thinking students that are also globally competitive.
Study Abroad Program
The face of education is changing. Today, a basic proficiency in the local languages, math and science are no longer enough. In a world where the border lines have blurred, countries and corporations are becoming more diverse than ever, which means that education needs to also take on a global approach.
Academic Improvement Program
In the 25 years of Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN), we have since mobilised over 11,000 Malaysians to realise their dreams of pursuing tertiary education. As we strive to make education more accessible to all, we continue to monitor and develop the scholars in our programme to push for greater academic excellence, only then will our efforts truly pay off.
Orientation Program
Transitioning from secondary school to tertiary education is overwhelming for many students. Most of these young adults will be leaving home for the first time, and this newfound independence brings with it many changes. This transition entails a vast list of new tasks such as the newfound need for better time management, greater self-discipline, and a considerable increase in personal responsibilities.
CSR for Scholars
Time and time again, the world has proved to us that excelling in school is not always a measure of how successful you will be in life. Many of the world's most prominent leaders and success stories struggled in school but have gone on to become Presidents and world-renowned entrepreneurs.
Briefing for Final Year
The end of the final year marks a final get-together for all students and scholars alike. It not only is a mark of the final curtain close of their years of studying, but this compulsory event also is of vital information.
Field Trip
Learning happens everywhere, not just within the classroom. With that philosophy, Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) introduced our Field Trip programme, where students can take part in multi-day educational excursions to enrich their minds with sights and stimulate their imaginations through various interactions felt throughout the days.
Internship Abroad
With the current economic landscape of increasing competition, having an extra edge such as a global work experience before you start working speaks volumes. Especially if it is done before students dive into the job market.
Road Show
Going on the road and heading towards the bright young minds in the various reaches of Malaysia and reaching out to hopeful youths to show them a brighter path to set out on after their SPM exams. That is what our Roadshow programme does, and we make sure that these excellent minds are ready for their next journey.
