The end of the final year marks a final get-together for all students and scholars alike. It not only is a mark of the final curtain close of their years of studying, but this compulsory event also is of vital information.
This short session held for all Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) students and scholars is where their graduation process will be explained to them in detail - what to expect before, during and after graduation. At this briefing, students are also educated on YTN’s self-reporting process, as well as the implications of non-repayment, breaching their contract and failure to report themselves after graduation. The session serves as a reminder to students of our policies, and their responsibilities towards YTN, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
Besides their responsibilities, the separate helpful sessions for students will assist them with interview tips, personal grooming, and personality. All of which are beneficial for students that will be entering the working world fairly soon. Since initiating these sessions, we have noticed a decline in the number of students failing to report themselves, or submitting excuses for reporting late. Today, this remains one of the key activities within our foundation.
